*Ingredients:
°500g jumbo prawns
°1 shallot
°1 clove of garlic
°1 chilli (red and small)
°200g oyster mushrooms
°0.5 bunch of parsley
°4 sprigs of thyme
°1 sprig of rosemary
°3 stalks of basil
°1 lemon
°salt
°pepper (freshly ground)
*Preparation steps
Peel the prawns, open them along the back and remove the black vein. Rinse and drain well.
Peel the shallot and the garlic clove and cut them into small dice. Clean the chilli, rinse it and roughly chop it. Cutting oyster mushrooms to strips.
Rinse all the herbs, dry them and pluck the stems. Do not chop the leaves too finely. Cutting lemon in half & squeezing juice.
Heat the Sais edible fat in a large frying pan and brown the oyster mushrooms over high heat to brown them. Salt, remove from pan and set aside. Fry shrimp in remaining edible fat until red all around. Add the chilli and the diced shallots and garlic and sauté briefly.
Return the mushrooms to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Add the herbs and serve immediately.
